Switch Collagen - Jam

Here’s a healthier, tastier alternative to store bought jam!

What you’ll need:

2 cups frozen fruit (we used strawberries )
4 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 scoops unflavoured or vanilla Collagen Switch

How to make it:
Add frozen fruit to a saucepan and heat on low for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Smash the fruit with a fork once softened.
Stir in the maple syrup.
Remove from heat, then mix in chia seeds and Collagen Switch until smooth.
Pour into a jar or container and let it set for a few hours in the fridge.
Store for up to a week—if it lasts that long!
