Buckwheat Protein Pancakes
Pancakes packed with goodness! These will keep you full for hours, and the whole family will LOVE them.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup buckwheat flour
• ½ cup vanilla protein or WPI from Switch Nutrition
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 egg
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
METHOD:
Place everything in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Scoop ¼ cup amounts into a lightly greased pan on medium heat.
Cook for 1–2 mins per side. Flip when you see small bubbles appear.
Serve with your favorite yoghurt and fresh fruit.
