Our scheduling is on time throughout the day and we want you to get the most out of your session.
Unfortunately; if you are running late we are unable to allow your session to run outside of the booked time slot to consider our customers booked in after your session.
How regularly should I do recovery sessions?
That is completely up to you and how often you feel you need too.
Sauna
Research suggests that 57 minutes in the Infrared Sauna weekly will provide some benefits
Ice Bath
Research suggests that 11 minutes in the ice bath, weekly can provide benefits.
This would be equal to 2 Contrast Therapy sessions and an additional Sauna session.
